Job summary

Standard Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Water Technician in Wisconsin to join our molding department on 1st shift. This general labor role involves a variety of tasks, teamwork, and getting dirty while following production schedules.

You will mix ingredients per recipes, document batches, perform in-process quality checks, set up molds, finish parts, and assist with packaging. A safety mindset and ability to lift 50–80 lb are required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented.
• Safety-minded.
• Ability to lift and move 50–80 pounds (in short bursts).
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on manufacturing work.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and perform hands-on work all day.
• Ability to read, write in English.
• Basic math skills including following measurements/recipes.
• Experience with manufacturing record keeping (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow production procedures and complete tasks per the Production schedule for manufacturing virtual water products.
• Mix ingredients following the recipe, while completing documentation for each batch.
• Execute in-process quality control procedures and tests per procedures and checklists.
• Perform mold setup and de-molding procedures per Production procedures.
• Perform finishing/cleaning procedures.
• General machining, as needed.
• Ability to run a table saw to cut virtual water (training provided).
• Assist with final order packaging.
• Maintain production records/logs.
• Work with a safety mindset and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout Production area.
• Other duties as assigned.
