Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience.
Ability to identify and communicate issues and propose solutions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage interruptions in a professional manner.
Above-average basic math and reasoning skills.
Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to support operations.
Make modifications and repairs to equipment under supervision.
Ensure cosmetic criteria are met and communicate criteria to staff.
Relay product and quality information to operators, inspectors, supervisors, and peers in writing and verbally.
Document production, maintenance, and QC audits.
Organize and maintain order and cleanliness of equipment and department.
Perform other duties as required by production and business needs.
