Job summary

Standard Imaging Inc. in Middleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a Virtual Water Technician, a general laborer in the molding department who will work on the 1st shift, perform diverse tasks, get hands dirty, and contribute to a collaborative team.

You will follow production procedures, mix ingredients, perform in-process quality checks, mold setup, finishing, and maintain logs. Candidates should be safety-minded, physically able to lift 50–80 pounds, read and write in English, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Willingness to perform hands-on manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow production procedures and complete tasks per the Production schedule for manufacturing virtual water products.
• Mix ingredients following the recipe, while completing documentation for each batch.
• Execute in-process quality control procedures, tests and tasks per procedures, quality plans, and checklists.
• Perform mold setup and de-molding procedures and tasks per Production procedures.
• Perform finishing/cleaning procedures.
• General machining, as needed.
• Ability to run a table saw to cut virtual water (training will be provided)
• Assist with final order packaging
• Maintain production records/logs
• Work with a safety mindset and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout Production area.
• Other duties as assigned
