Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and may require 12-hour shifts with a fixed rotation; 50 lbs lifting may be needed, and PPE is required. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1+ year familiarity with production mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspections throughout the shift to spot defects.
• Learn process parameters to minimize defect opportunities and boost output.
• Train to adjust the production line based on testing and specs.
• Ensure proper material allocation and loading for the line.
• Adhere to SOPs, procedures, changeovers, and quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot machinery with training and department procedures.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE; participate in training.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as directed.
