Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quality inspections throughout shift to identify defects.
• Understand parameters for molding processes to reduce defects.
• Train to adjust production line based on testing and specs.
• Ensure proper materials loading and arrival for the line.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot machinery using training and department procedures.
• Follow PPE and safety policies and alternate procedures.
• Attend job-related training as directed by supervision.
• Follow all established procedures and maintain documentation.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate with departments via radio, phone, or in person.
