Mohawk Industries Inc. Fayette Plant is seeking an entry-level manufacturing operator to support multiple departments. The role involves operating production equipment per SOPs and assisting with changeovers, testing, and quality checks.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks is required. The work environment is loud and physical, with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing/production experience required.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsabilités

• Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• May function as a changeover, must be able to assist with color changes, setting, material handler, inspector, and slab handler
• Conducts test or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods
• Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet
• May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanical problem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.
• Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
