Job summary

You will monitor machine performance, document daily results, assist with process improvements, and support safety and environmental standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in molding plastics processing and maintenance.
• Experience in machine start-up and shutdown.
• Knowledge of essential machine functions.
• Able to lift to 30/50 pounds.
• Basic data entry.
• Submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a work physical and lift test.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to speak, read/comprehend, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding, finishing, and assembly equipment.
• Perform mold changes and machine adjustments.
• Start up and shut down molding machines.
• Operate forklift for mold changes and material handling.
• Fill out daily process records to control machine running conditions.
• Inspect machines and monitor production quality to minimize scrap.
