The position features a 6-Day Workweek with Guaranteed Overtime. Starting hourly rate will be $19.85, increasing to $20.85 after Operator A training, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
• Ability to stand and perform tasks during long shifts with attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging equipment.
• Reliable attendance to support daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and unload grinders.
• Relieve operators and perform quality checks.
• Prepare carton labels and maintain work areas safely.
• Move materials using forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Stage material for shifts and manage packaging and labeling as needed.
• Assist supervisor and ensure continuous production flow.
