Fresh Products, LLC in Perrysburg, Ohio is seeking dependable individuals for a Molding Operator role with a 66-hour, six-day workweek and guaranteed overtime. You will operate plastic injection molding machines and inline equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $19.85 per hour, rising to $20.85 after Operator A training, with weekly pay and benefits including 401k, medical/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand up to 12 hours daily.
• Backup material handler availability to support production flow.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and inline equipment.
• Cut, sort, separate, stack, inspect and box materials.
• Move boxes and maintain accurate counts to keep production moving.
• Support production with flexibility as machines/products change.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow procedures.

Position Overview:

As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to run any machine and any product as production needs change. Responsibilities include cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, maintaining accurate counts, and helping keep production moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

6-Day Workweek with Guaranteed Overtime

• Day Shift – 66 Hours per Week
• Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM and Saturdays 6AM-12PM (noon)
• Starting hourly rate will be $19.85.
• After completing Operator A training, your hourly rate will increase to $20.85.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old

• Ability to keep up with faster production rates while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to serve as a backup material handler when needed to support production flow and team coverage
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support daily production goals and team coverage
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack, shrink wrapper, machine loaders, and gaylord sweepers
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand for up to 12 hours daily, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 60 lbs.
