Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Molder Operator at the Fairfield Plant to move finished goods to the warehouse and operate the case erector. You will maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and support housekeeping to meet department goals in a safe, efficient manner.

You will work with the Molding Operator and Supervisor, with shifts including 2nd and 3rd, and participate in multi-skilled training to continuously improve operations and product quality.

Qualifications

  • 1-year fork truck experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years blow molding experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years railcar movement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate molding equipment as per checklists.
  • Move finished goods to/from the warehouse.
  • Handle materials for molding and case erector.
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshoot molding equipment.
  • Perform quality checks and record data per standard.
  • Railcar movement of raw product.
  • Execute MES/EWM processes and monitor systems.
  • Complete multiskilled training up to Block 5.

The purpose of this position is to move finished goods to or from the warehouse, operate and maintain the case erector, maintain department housekeeping and operate Molding Department equipment and systems in the absence of the molding operator to achieve department objectives.
