The Clorox Company is seeking an Extrusion Technical Process Operator to safely provide quality blown plastic film rolls to bag making departments, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and OEE while supporting continuous improvement.
This onsite role requires a high school diploma and about one year of manufacturing experience, and it involves twelve-hour rotating shifts, data entry, basic maintenance, and equipment start-up and changeovers.

role is to safely provide quality blown plastic film rolls to bag making departments. The Extrusion TPO is responsible for the department’s success in Safety, Quality, Cost, OEE, and equipment maintenance. TPO helps with continuous improvement using Operational Excellence tools. Pay rate: $24.30/Hour + $1.50 Shift Differential Schedule: Rotation Between Days and Nights Throughout the Month (7 AM - 7 PM & 7 PM - 7 AM)
Ability to tolerate sustained standing/walking up to 10 hours a day, for up to 7 consecutive days. Ability to perform occasional to frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. Ability to utilize good eye-hand coordination. Ability to perform occasional bending and squatting. Ability to tolerate kneeling and/or crawling in small and confined spaces. Ability to tolerate exposure to non-weather-related hot temperatures. Ability to use coordination and dexterity in fingers while wearing protective gloves. Ability to push/pull material weighing up to 25 lbs. Ability to frequently climb and descend stairs. Ability to reach to floor level, overhead and forward to work on machines. Ability to work with industrial cleaning solvents and industrial inks.
