A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Injection Molding Operator in Sumter, SC. This full-time, on-site role requires operating injection molding presses, inspecting parts, and performing basic maintenance to meet quality targets.

The position is 40+ hours per week with a 7:00 AM-7:00 PM schedule (3-2-2-3, includes weekends) and potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• On-site work and adherence to safety practices (protective footwear).
• Manufacturing experience preferred, ideally with injection molding (electric and/or hydraulic).

Responsabilidades

• Operate multi-cavity injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment to manufacture product that meets quality specifications
• Inspect molded components and make appropriate decisions to support part quality
• Request technical support as needed to maintain product quality and equipment performance
• Perform minor maintenance activities on assigned presses, as trained/assigned
• Work with team members to keep equipment running during breaks and coverage needs
• Support basic production tasks as needed (stacking totes/boxes, bagging material, printing labels)
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow required procedures and quality guidelines

Details and Compensation

Location: Sumter, SC 29153 - 100% on-site

Payrate: $16.50/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time | 7:00 AM-7:00 PM 3-2-2-3 schedule (includes weekends)

Summary and Highlights

The Injection Molding Operator supports production by operating injection molding presses and related equipment to produce quality components at expected output levels. This role performs product inspections, documents quality results, and completes minor maintenance while following established procedures and working closely with the molding team. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
