Qualifications

• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred (1–2 years).
• English: Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing/packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions under direct supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with quality and compliance standards (e.g., GMP/ISO-style documentation).
• Work effectively in a team environment to support department goals and daily production needs.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leads/supervisors.

Details and Compensation

• Location: Columbus, NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $20.00/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 12-hour rotating schedule | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotation pattern: Week 1: 2 on / 2 off / 3 on | Week 2: 2 off / 2 on / 3 off
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed

Summary and Highlights

The Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) will perform routine production and packaging functions—such as filling, assembling, labeling, and inspecting—while following standard operating procedures under general supervision.
