A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Injection Molding Operator in Sumter, SC. This full-time, on-site role requires operating injection molding presses, inspecting parts, and performing basic maintenance to meet quality targets.

The position is 40+ hours per week with a 7:00 AM-7:00 PM schedule (3-2-2-3, includes weekends) and potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• On-site work and adherence to safety practices (protective footwear).
• Manufacturing experience preferred, ideally with injection molding (electric and/or hydraulic).

Responsabilidades

• Operate multi-cavity injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment to manufacture product that meets quality specifications
• Inspect molded components and make appropriate decisions to support part quality
• Request technical support as needed to maintain product quality and equipment performance
• Perform minor maintenance activities on assigned presses, as trained/assigned
• Work with team members to keep equipment running during breaks and coverage needs
• Support basic production tasks as needed (stacking totes/boxes, bagging material, printing labels)
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow required procedures and quality guidelines
