Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Molding Machine Operator (Night Shift) in Columbus, NE. This contract assignment offers 40+ hours weekly, on-site employment, and opportunities for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

You will package finished product, stock packaging materials, complete quality documentation, operate automatic box closing equipment, and move pallets with a pallet jack. Expect a GMP-conscious, climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing) and able to read documentation.
• Able to read/comprehend documentation and work independently.
• Comfort working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product and prepare shipments as needed.
• Stock and stage packaging materials to support production.

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Molding Machine Operator (Night Shift). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

DETAILS AND COMPENSATION

• Location: Columbus, NE – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $20.00/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time – 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (overnights)
• Rotating weekends included – 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule)

SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS

The Molding Machine Operator supports production operations by packaging finished product, staging/stocking packaging materials, and completing quality documentation in a manufacturing environment. This role also operates basic production equipment (including automatic box closing equipment), moves pallets using a pallet jack, and helps maintain a clean, GMP-compliant work area. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
• Steel toe or composite-toe shoes required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be fluent in English (reading and writing) and able to read/comprehend documentation
• Ability to work independently
• Comfort working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
