Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) for a 40+ hour, on-site role in Columbus, NE. The position involves routine production tasks, including filling, labeling, assembling, and inspecting, with 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required).
• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred (1–2 years).
• English: Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing/packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions under direct supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with quality and compliance standards (e.g., GMP/ISO-style documentation).
• Work effectively in a team environment to support department goals and daily production needs.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leads/supervisors.
