Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Molding Maintenance Technician to support molding operations by maintaining molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

The role requires troubleshooting, repair, setup, and preventive maintenance on injection molding systems, collaborating with teammates, and assisting in training; candidates should have an associates degree in electrical, hydraulics, HVAC or electronics, and 2–3 years of molding maintenance experience.

Qualifications

Associates degree in electrical, electronics, hydraulics, or HVAC.
2-3 years of molding maintenance experience.
Certificate of training in hydraulics, electrical, and electronics.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair all injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment.
Reassemble machines after repair or maintenance work.
Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.
Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.
Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.
Safely performs task to ensure safety of all employees.
Performs preventative maintenance on machines and document as called out in the procedures.
Assists in training of Molding Maintenance II worker(s).
Install and set-up equipment.
