6AM City, LLC is seeking a Molding Machine Operator to join our Marion, NY production team. You will operate molding equipment, ensure product quality, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. Training is available for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, and unload molding machines and production presses.
• Set up equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Load oven racks and move materials for processing.
• Prepare molded products for machining by cutting, sizing, and inspecting materials.
• Perform secondary operations including trimming, threading, notching, and assembly support.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production records, labor tracking, and related documentation accurately.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
