You will load materials into molds on an automated production line, verify correct placement and mold alignment, and help maintain smooth, high‑quality output while adhering to safety standards.

This hands-on role requires following written and verbal instructions, thriving in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Load raw materials into molds on an automated production line.
  • Verify correct material placement and mold alignment before processing.
  • Monitor automated equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions.
  • Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals.
  • Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Keep work area clean and organized (5S practices).
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and assist with routine maintenance as needed.
  • Record production data and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Job Description

Responsible for loading raw materials onto molds used in an automated production line while ensuring proper placement, quality, and production efficiency. Monitors equipment operation, maintains a safe work environment, and supports continuous production by following standard operating procedures.

  • Load raw materials into molds on an automated production line.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
