Job summary

PHOENIX in Davenport, IA is seeking a Production Operator to operate lining and molding auxiliary equipment, following a rotation schedule and supervisor guidance. The role includes material changes, start-ups/shut-downs, and mandatory safety/GMP adherence.

The operator will perform frequent quality inspections, document results, and coordinate color/material changes with the mold team. A high school diploma and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Operates lining and molding auxiliary equipment per rotation schedule or supervision.
• Performs order/material changes and lining machine start-ups/shut-downs.
• Enters downtime reason codes into ERP and tracks downtime with PCRs as needed.
• Inspects materials and produces quality parts; documents checks every 30 minutes and maintains GMP compliance.
• Maintains clean work areas, notifies supervisor of issues, and follows safety rules and procedures.
