Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process development or R&D.
• Working knowledge of injection molding machines and parameters.
• Experience with plastic molding simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of molding processes for new product introductions.
• Troubleshoot molding challenges to improve part quality.
• Protect 3M intellectual property through the filing of patents.
