ECS Composites is seeking an entry-level Rotomold Molder in Medford, OR. No manufacturing experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided. You will work on a production team to create high-quality rotationally molded products.

The shift runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with three-day weekends and occasional Friday overtime. Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus 401(k) with company match support your efforts, along with PTO and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and materials for production.

• Trim, clean, and finish molded parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.
• Read work orders and follow production instructions.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.

Description

At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Rotomold Molder, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that manufactures rotationally molded products known for their quality, durability, and performance.

This is an entry-level position starting at $17.00 per hour. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training.

Our Rotomold team works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Working in a manufacturing environment that may be hot at times
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
