ECS Composites is seeking an entry-level Rotomold Molder in Medford, OR. No experience required; we provide hands-on training to help you start your career in a manufacturing setting.

Join a day-shift team (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with three-day weekends and occasional overtime. You’ll learn to prepare molds, operate equipment, and ensure quality while contributing to a supportive, safety-conscious workplace. Opportunities for advancement and benefits are available.

Description

At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Rotomold Molder, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that manufactures rotationally molded products known for their quality, durability, and performance.

This is an entry-level position starting at $17.00 per hour. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training.

Our Rotomold team works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

What You’ll Be Doing

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling
• Using hand and power tools
• Working around manufacturing equipment
• Working in a manufacturing environment that may be hot at times
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
