Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Molder in Worcester, MA 01605 to support our client’s production team. The role involves molding using hydraulic, robotic, and manual presses, following established procedures, and maintaining safe, accurate output.

Base pay is $23.75/hr with a $1.75/hr shift differential on the second shift. After the waiting period, medical/dental plans, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) are available.

Qualifications

As a Molder, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow procedures safely, and a hands‑on mindset that helps you learn and perform consistently.

Job Title: Molder Location: Worcester, MA01605 Pay Range: $23.75/hr Shift:Mon-Friday 1:30pm – 10:00pm

What's the Job?

Important Pay Note:

Please be sure math assessment is completed. Candidates should be submitted at a $22.00/hr base pay rate. When 2nd shift is worked, a $1.75/hr shift differential will be automatically applied.
