You will inspect properties, review reports, perform moisture readings and create onsite quotes or Xactimate estimates, guiding clients through the insurance claim process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills essential for client interaction and sales.
• Experience navigating insurance claims processes and communicating with adjusters.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic restoration environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes for onsite inspections of property damage.
• Review reports from home inspectors, hygienists, and mold assessors.
• Perform moisture readings, thermal imaging, and non-intrusive inspections.
