Job summary

Becton Dickinson NA in Columbus (Molding Center) is seeking a manufacturing associate responsible for dimensional and functional testing, quality checks, and proper documentation. You will pack and label products, communicate defects to the quality team, and help maintain a clean, organized production area.

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are required; basic computer, organizational, and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic or simple computer skills.
• Proficient organizational, written and verbal communication, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, functional testing and visual quality checks per procedures.
• Communicate non-conforming material to quality group and management.
• Complete paperwork for products being molded and maintain proper documentation.
• Pack finished products, label and store materials properly.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and support continuous improvement initiatives.
