Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous molding experience preferred.
• Scientific molding technique knowledge preferred.
• General mechanical aptitude required.
• Mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Keep the line running.
• Restart press as needed.
• Perform periodical part inspection.
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on molding machines.
• Address quality defects and ensure product meets criteria.
• Set and pull molds and document runs.
