Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, modify, and improve injection molds for safe production.
• Perform mold repairs, modifications, and engineering changes with quality focus.
• Troubleshoot mold-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance, repairs, and modifications in the PMC system per work orders.
• Use hand tools and specialized tooling to perform mold work.
• Inspect molds to meet specifications and engineering standards.
• Read engineering drawings and tooling designs accurately.
• Spot mold issues and perform precision hand-work for proper fit and function.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair tooling components as needed.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are ready before starting work.
• Collaborate with Tooling and Molding teams to identify problems and support improvements.
