You will collaborate with the Tool Room and Molding departments, perform setups, verify dimensions, and contribute to continuous improvement using IQMS and standard safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience performing mold and die repairs and setup.
• Familiar with IQMS manufacturing software.
• Commitment to safety and proper lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tool Room Supervisor in setup, testing, and IQMS updates.
• Perform accurate, safe setups prior to operation.
• Test for leaks and check electrical issues at startup.
• Ensure proper mold setup/teardown standardization.
• Select and secure fixtures and cutting tools.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Verify dimensions and conformance of finished parts.
• Document mold repair procedures and participate in tool teardown meetings.
