Job summary

Amcor in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Injection Molding Tooling Planner to plan, coordinate, and monitor injection molds and tooling assets across maintenance, scheduling, and production. You will partner with maintenance, quality, and external vendors to maximize tool performance and minimize downtime while maintaining tooling inventories and documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations, experience with mold maintenance programs, and ERP/MRP

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with mold maintenance programs and tooling lifecycle management preferred.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Plex, IQMS or similar

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tooling schedules to support production requirements.
• Coordinate mold preventive maintenance activities.
• Track tooling status from design through production launch.
• Prioritize tooling repairs and maintenance based on production needs.
