Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Mold Technician at our Colorado Springs site to support the tooling team. You will build, assemble, maintain, and service plastic injection molds and inserts following established procedures and technical specs to ensure quality and safety in production.

You’ll interpret drawings, work with engineers and cell teams, and utilize SAP for documentation and workflow management, with potential overtime to meet production timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with tooling, molds, machining or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure molds meet quality and tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and with others on collaborative projects.
• Flexibility for overtime or weekend work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build tool insert configurations and set up mold bases.
• Disassemble, clean, and maintain plastic injection molds and inserts.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Use SAP for tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
• Operate precision hand tools and equipment to support mold builds.
