Job Description: Mold Tech

We specialize in mold and odor remediation, aiming to provide quality customer service. Training will be offered.

Pay rates:

  • Mold Tech: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
  • Crew Chief: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, support visits, and coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage testing, remediation, and related services to adhere to proper processes.
  • Use POS/CRM systems effectively to complete jobs and communicate with team and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and share information organization-wide to foster positive relationships.
  • Address customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings, following accurate procedures.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through problem-solving, suggesting additional services, and recommending improvements.
  • Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily schedules, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Technical degree or certification, or willingness to obtain GHS certification courses.
  • Awareness of health and safety issues.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass drug and background checks.
  • Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and confined spaces.
