Qualifications

• Ability to obtain mold assessment/remediation certification (IICRC or applicable state certification).

• Field environments with walking, climbing ladders, lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and buildings for mold contamination and water damage.
• Conduct initial walkthroughs and assessments with customers.
• Measure air quality, moisture, and humidity levels using specialized equipment.
• Collect air and material samples for mold analysis.
• Recommend appropriate remediation and treatment solutions.
• Install drying equipment, including fans and dehumidification systems.
• Perform post-remediation testing and diagnostics.
• Educate customers on mold prevention and indoor environmental health.
• Document findings and recommendations according to company standards.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and service needs.
• Represent Protect Environmental in a professional, customer-focused manner.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Represent RAData and Protect Environmental in a professional, customer‑focused manner

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in construction, environmental services, HVAC, building maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Ability to obtain mold assessment/remediation certification (IICRC or applicable state certification) within the required timeline
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• This position operates primarily in field environments and requires frequent walking, climbing ladders, and lifting equipment
• Capable of occasionally working in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
