Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Mold Shop Machinist to manufacture and repair tooling, fixtures, and machine components for our production operations.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support extrusion and injection molding processes used to produce healthcare products. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read technical instructions, and precise workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining and manufacturing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture machine components, tooling, fixtures, and jigs for production equipment.
• Perform machining, layout, construction, modification, and repair of assembly equipment.
• Support engineering and production initiatives through precision fabrication and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while minimizing production downtime.
• Document work activities and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop expertise in machining processes, equipment, and shop operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and project goals.
