Position Summary

Join B. Braun as a Mold Shop Machinist and play a key role in manufacturing, modifying, and repairing critical tooling, fixtures, machine components, and assembly equipment used across our production operations.

• Manufacture machine components, tooling, fixtures, and jigs for production equipment
• Perform machining, layout, construction, modification, and repair of assembly equipment
• Support engineering and production initiatives through precision fabrication and troubleshooting
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while minimizing production downtime
• Document work activities and support continuous improvement efforts
• Develop expertise in machining processes, equipment, and shop operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and project goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining and manufacturing
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site
• Ability to work non-standard schedules when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical/trade school training in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field
• Industry certifications related to machining or manufacturing
• Prior machining or machine shop experience

Hourly Rate: $30.81 - $36.93 plus shift differential
