You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to produce precision components that support automation, extrusion, and injection molding processes for life-saving healthcare products. This on-site role requires a 5x8 shift and a strong attention to quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining/manufacturing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture machine components, tooling, fixtures, and jigs for production equipment.
• Perform machining, layout, construction, modification, and repair of assembly equipment.
• Support engineering and production initiatives through precision fabrication and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while minimizing production downtime.
• Document work activities and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop expertise in machining processes, equipment, and shop operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and project goals.
