Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a skilled technician to safely remove, install, and secure molds in injection molding machines, using multiple overhead cranes. You will connect and troubleshoot water, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and set up auxiliary equipment like chillers and heat controllers.

Apply knowledge of mold cores, valve gates, and hot runner controls, and adjust robotic systems to support efficient production operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years: Proficiency with overhead crane operation and mold handling procedures.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and water systems.
• Experience with robotics, valve gates, cores, hot runner systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove, install, and secure molds in injection molding machines using 10-ton, 20-ton, and 30-ton overhead cranes.
• Connect and troubleshoot water, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Set up and operate auxiliary equipment, including chillers, thermolators, and heat controllers.
• Utilize knowledge of mold cores, valve gate systems, and hot runner controls.
• Adjust robotic systems to support efficient production operations.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with all manufacturing standards.
