Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking a production operator to set up and run injection molding processes in a regulated environment. You will manage equipment such as molding machines, cranes, and carts, responding to alarms and recording process data in the ERP system.

The role requires strong troubleshooting ability, adherence to work instructions, and coordination with team leaders and technicians. Some programs may involve clean room work or vision systems deployment.

Qualifications

• The ability to troubleshoot in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions while independently reviewing work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and change over production jobs per standards. May include robotics, part pickers and vision systems.
• Operate molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts.
• Answer alarms as they arise.
• Operate equipment including molding machines, powered industrial trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts.
• Document process parameters into the ERP system in ISO and FDA molding environment.
• Evaluate molding processes to improve quality, safety and productivity while staying within validated windows.
• Communicate shift updates, priorities, and operational information to Team Leadership and Mold Technicians.
• Work with other production groups to meet production and quality requirements.
• Some programs may require working in a clean room environment.
