Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in production/manufacturing or related mechanical role.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Practical problem solving and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and teamwork in a production environment.
• Operates forklift and overhead crane; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold setups and teardowns including installation, alignment, and removal.
• Purge and prepare molding machines for material and job changes.
• Set up end-of-arm tooling and related automation equipment.
• Verify materials, tooling, and process instructions before starting each job.
• Operate molding machines during setup and inspect first-off parts.
• Prepare safe, organized, and efficient workstations for production operators.
• Assist operators during job transitions and communicate setup requirements.
• Troubleshoot setup-related issues with the team to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA/WISHA requirements.
• Support Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
