The role requires 2+ years in mold setup, strong mechanical skills, and familiarity with blueprints. Responsibilities include setup, inspection, preventive maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams.

• Knowledge of mold materials, setup procedures, and safety protocols.
• Strong mechanical skills for handling and installing molds.
• Familiarity with blueprints and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented approach to prevent defects and downtime.
• Experience with preventive maintenance techniques for molds.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 3P-11P

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove molds based on production schedules.
• Inspect molds for wear and damage, performing repairs as needed.

Flexibility to work holiday shifts for production continuity

The pay rate for this position is $30/hour. Exact pay rate offered will depend on candidate’s experience, work location, skills, etc.
