Job summary

PRETIUM is seeking a Set Up Operator for 1st shift (6:45am - 3:00pm) at our Cleveland, OH facility. You will perform mold setups and changeovers according to the production schedule, conduct prep work, and assist with preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mold performance issues, following safety and PPE guidelines, and documenting equipment adjustments. Good communication with internal/external teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Attention to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold setups and changeovers per production schedule.
• Prepare for mold changes and resolve process issues as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as required.
