Vision Plastics is seeking a dependable Mold Setter to join the production team in Wilsonville, Oregon. In this hands-on role, you will set up molds, prepare machines, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

The position offers a structured training program and opportunities for advancement within skilled trades. You will participate in a six-month training program, then progress through additional technician levels and external training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Set up tooling in machines and ensure safe, organized workstations.
• Enter molding parameters and adjust temperatures.
• Verify dryer temperatures and loading equipment are contamination free.
• Provide and manage auxiliary equipment as needed.
• Attach end of arm tooling and adjust robot for part removal.
