Qualifications

• Familiar with injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot basic molding and processing issues.
• Comfortable using hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Able to safely operate cranes, hoists, and other equipment used for mold handling.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality parts.
• Able to follow work instructions, setup sheets, and established procedures.
• Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced environment.
