Job summary

ITW is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operator in Hebron, IL to support molding operations. You will assist technicians with mold changeovers, set up and operate molding machinery, perform material handling, and help with preventive maintenance while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires basic to good communication and mechanical aptitude, with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Overtime and shift premiums may apply as per company policy.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum manufacturing experience.
• Good communication and interpretation skills; ability to read equipment and basic math; basic computer skills; strong reasoning.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technicians with mold changeovers and root-cause analysis.
• Set up and operate molding machinery and support equipment.
• Material handling for molding area; deliver raw materials and move finished goods.
• Record material movements in ERP system.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Work with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and maintain good housekeeping.
• Follow Environmental Health & Safety practices.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
