Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be Lock Out/Tag Out trained.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and PLC to adjust, index, and prepare for mold changes.
• Read work orders or production schedules to determine specs and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support other plant employees.
• Install dies, align fixtures, and set up tooling per work orders.
• Diagnose mold issues and perform preventive maintenance.
