Candidates will start and maintain machine operation, perform mold changes, and support injection operators, while ensuring quality, safety, and minimal downtime.

This role requires willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and to lift up to 50+ pounds as needed on a concrete floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant training preferred.
• Previous blow mold or injection mold experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate blow molding machines and vision systems following work instructions.
• Perform mold changes and set-ups and minor maintenance.
• Ensure machines run with minimal downtime and quality bottles.
• Document quality checks, downtime, and process parameters.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety policies.
