Job summary

DaVinci Roofscapes in Lenexa, KS seeks a Mold Technician to support production by setting up injection molds, running samples, and documenting repairs. The role emphasizes a clean, safe work environment and accurate record-keeping to ensure quality and efficiency.

Eligible employees receive benefits starting day one, with performance bonuses and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Forklift certification.
• Overhead crane certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs mold changes when available.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Documents all mold repairs, locations, and planned repairs.
• Sets up injection molds and related equipment for sample and production runs.
• Starts up and cycles in mold in accordance with documented cycles and startup procedures.
• Troubleshoots and corrects problem processes.
• Documents and reports mold and equipment related problems.
• Documents daily events in technician log.
• Monitors cycle times and part quality.
• Documents records cycle information for future use assignments.
• Inspects molds to identify the cause of quality issues or defects.
