Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Mold Repair Technician for a Milwaukee, WI-based injection molding manufacturer. You will perform mold repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for high-volume production and hot runner systems.

Responsibilities include disassembly, cleaning, polishing, and component replacement, plus using CNC mills and precision gauges to ensure accuracy. Excellent problem-solving and hands-on skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining plastic injection molds.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair in an injection molding environment.
• Experience using CNC/manual mills and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment of plastic injection molds.
• Diagnose mold issues and perform corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Operate toolroom equipment to complete mold repairs and modifications.
• Verify repairs with precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble, polish, and replace mold components.
