Qualifications

• Observe automatic molding machines to ensure products meet specifications and detect jams or malfunctions.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect products for surface and dimensional defects.
• Move and position mold sections, patterns and related components as part of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines, adjusting as necessary to maintain cycle times.
• Set up and trend machine parameters to control pressure, temperature and speed.
• Remove finished products from dies or molds and document identification information.
