Job summary

Freudenberg Household Products LP (USA) in Aurora, IL is seeking skilled injection molding professionals to join our production team. You will support mold startup/shutdown, perform mold changes, and help ensure processes meet quality specs while collaborating with QA and engineering.

The role requires experience in mold setup, EOAT programming, and basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, with willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in injection molding processing.
• Experience with mold setup and startup and related equipment.
• EOAT robot programming and setup knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems and fluid power.
• Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and shutdown of production molds and confirm mold changeovers.
• Safely operate forklift and overhead cranes for handling molds.
• Ensure correct mold and materials are used.
• Perform minor in-press mold cleaning as needed.
• Ensure processes run consistently and provide production support as needed.
• Coordinate with quality and engineering to meet product specs.
